Hi, my name is Tarin and I am a designer who creates through combining my own fine art with digital media. My educational background is in Visual Communications and throughout my BFA studies, I have developed a passion for painting, typography, color, nature, and design. Currently, I am happily employed as an Art Director for an independent designer eyewear company, Europa Eyewear, and have a history of sixteen years of industry experience.

I was born and raised in Chicago and come from cold winters. After marrying my Italian born husband, our mutual love of nature, rock climbing, swimming, hiking, biking, travel, and yoga lead us to move to become California sun lovin’ residents. We began this journey a few years ago with our amazing mountain climbing dog, Sierra. Since then, we have added even more love to our family with the addition of our beautiful daughters, Mari and Gaia.

 

As a family, we enjoy being outside, cooking Italian food, and spending our time traveling throughout the world, especially California and Italy. On most weekends, we pack up the family in our Eurovan, and we explore the beauty of our own Sunshine State. Throughout each of our travels, I began creating watercolor paintings of some of the flowers and plants indigenous to the region.
